Like most businesses in competitive markets we want to reward those customers who keep coming  back to us.

We know that we aren't the only equestrian store who sells online as well as in store, nowadays it seems like everyone is "having a go" at opening one. It is why we appreciate the loyalty of our customers who stick with us for their equestrian clothing and equipment needs, many of our longer term customers know our sales and support staff by first name and vice versa, we love that about our business.

VIP Customers are hand picked by either one of the two founders of Just Riding and it isn't just about spending levels, we look out for customers who share their purchases on social media, who shout out about their experiences with our products on our and their own facebook page and tag us in. Use of our hashtag is always a good way to get noticed #teamjustriding

  • VIP customers are granted a store wide fixed discount on ALL products, all the time.
  • VIP customers get a unique password which allows entry into the VIP sale room, in here you will find bigger discounts than what would normally be available on a large selection of products including newer collections. Your site wide discount also works in here!
  • VIP customers are segmented on our marketing list and so in addition to receiving our regular newsletters they would also receive exclusive offers and access to sales 24hrs before everyone else. This is particularly handy on black Friday when our on sale clothing almost completely sold out last year! By day 3 of the Black Friday sale we only had obscure sizes left to choose from.
  • At randoms times during the year we send out free shipping codes to VIP Customers on a Thursday evening to allow Free Shipping on all shopping, worldwide, all weekend.

“103 custo" is a waterproof training boot made of a special elastic material that ensures great protection from rain and mud. All the components used in its construction are made with animal-free origin materials. The upper band has a Velcro fastening that allows the boot to be extremely comfortable and easy to wear. The inner part of the boot - made of anti-slide and abrasion resistant materials - allows the rider to have a better grip with no risks of ruining the saddle. The special reinforcement above the toe and heel protects the boot from scratches. Machine washable at 30°; anti-allergenic and anti-bacterial sponge lining.
