Animo Show Jacket Exchange
How it Works:
1. You email us at firstname.lastname@example.org tell us which new collection jacket you would like to order.
2. Then tell us the model name, colour and size of the old collection jacket you would like to exchange.
4. We give you a discount code to the value of your old jacket which you can deduct from your new collection purchase.
- Where do I send my jacket?
If you are in the UK then you send it by 1st class recorded to our UK returns centre. Outside of the UK you can send it to our European depot. Details will be provided by staff when you contact us.
- Who pays the postage?You pay the postage for both items.
- Is it safe?
Yes it is safe, although we insist on customers sending their old jackets by 1st Class insured postage.
- How long will it all take?
Approximately 6 days. Let me explain, You email us and say "Hey, I wanna exchange my old jacket for a new collection one!" the same day we will give you a price for your old jacket. If you are happy with our valuation you can ship your jacket that same day we would receive it usually within 3 to 4 working days from anywhere in the europe and around 7 to 10 days from the rest of the world. Once received we send you the discount code for the new jacket you check out and we ship out, you will receive the new jacket in 2 to 3 days. That's a turn around time of approximately a week from old to brand new jacket.
- Do you only accept Animo JacketsNo, You can exchange other premium jackets such as Manfredi, GPA, Equiline we are happy to take these jackets and put you into a brand new Animo show jacket. ;-)
Photographs of your jacket may be requested by our staff prior to sending any valuation.
Jackets that are being exchanged MUST be in very good visual order with no rips, heavy stains, tears or faults.
No other discounts can be used in conjunction with the exchange offer.
We accept no liability for loss of a parcel by the carrier chosen by the customer, we insist that customers use a tracked and insured method of postage.
6 days is an approximate turn around time for the exchange process to conclude, but this is depending on the customer shipping the exchange item to us in reasonable time.
